Programs

Skilled Care of Indiana has implemented a number of customer friendly programs to assist our facilities in resident care. We have instituted a “Cart Captain” program which helps nurses manage their medication storage, promotes timely med pass and ensures survey readiness. Skilled care of Indiana has the ability to work directly with many of the electronic medical records systems currently on the market to interface and make communication between pharmacy and facility seamless. We offer a tool called FacilityLink, which allows our facilities to access the pharmacy software specific for their facility. Some features include;

  • Reorder medications via the FacilityLink website
  • Perform medication price quotes
  • Print MARs, Physician Order Forms, Treatment sheets, and more right in the facility
  • Management reports and queries for the facility to use
